Second Time on QS Top-100 Student Cities for Tomsk
Tomsk scored 74th position in the Best Student Cities 2018 ratings, second best in Russia after Moscow, and 17 places up compared to 2017. Tomsk is ahead of such Russian cities as St. Petersburg (76th) and Novosibirsk (91st), only giving way to Moscow (28th place). At the same time, Tomsk is number 5 among all cities in the world in «Affordability» criterion and number 79 in «Employer Activity».
